Undertaking qualifications with the Driving Standards Agency and the Institute of Advanced Motorists for car, LGV and fleet driving. This includes the practical teaching skills as well as understanding why people learn to drive and how they learn?

The most important key skill in teaching anyone form any background is communication. This includes verbal, non-verbal and listening skills.

The Driving Standards Agency (DSA) ensures that all Instructors are:
